I belong to the first generation of students and teachers of Design and have bore witness to the bountiful fruition of this expansive, and articulate body of knowledge.

Simultaneously, as a publicly social being (12/22), I was responsible for the dissemination of this knowledge in Belgium and The Netherlands by means of newspaper and magazine articles, as well as through a best-selling book, now already in it’s 22nd print [Human Design/ A blueprint for life].

However intriguing and far-reaching the knowledge is though, as well as having many years of experimenting with it, my primary interest remains with the practical and the simple.. Just as Ra used to do towards the end of his career and life, by continually focussing on Strategy & Authority.

More and more over the years do I see what Ra said to be true.. Namely that it is exceptional for anybody to really live their Design. The extent of collective conditioning is so extreme, that eventhough I hope to empower myself and others to live true to our Design, I am highly sceptical whether this will ever be achieved.

In interactive, and experiential  sessions I try to guide people in what it means to live true to our Design. 

Actually, it is my conviction that we often already know what is, or is not, which is correct for ourselves, and that we ‘merely’ need to act on this. The courage and awareness it requires to actually do this is what I especially like to focus on in my work and in my life.

If you are interested, I like to challenge you to act on what it is you already know and want. Something which in practice requires us to ultimately face a very old and deep fear.. The fear of not surviving. To live empowered as our own unique authority, is heresy in a world, which for millennia has been run through obedience demanded by our elders, governments etc..

To live as ourselves, we automatically start to live like rebels. Are you ready to do this?!

As some of you already know (and helped make it a reality), I was in Ibiza this fall for a fundraiser to support the 4% movie being created. At this event, I had the privilege of hearing from many excellent first-generation* teachers.

I was familiar with Dirk’s free “Reflector Reflections” on his newsletter, substack, and Instagram (I highly recommend subscribing to his newsletter and substack). Still, I’d never experienced him teaching live.

I was excited to see what Dirk had to share at the Ibiza event—and I left feeling incredibly moved and surprised by his insights on therapy and Human Design. There was no question in my mind: “I needed Dirk at my conference.” But we all know how the mind plays tricks on us, and I left it alone until one day, I found myself sending him an email, asking him to come to the conference. And holy hell, he said yes!

Around the same time, I explored meditation, therapy, creativity, and Osho’s teachings, which deepened my connection to my heart and my design.

I approach facilitation as a shared experience, empowering others to navigate their unique journey with awareness and authenticity.”

 I am over the moon happy to announce that Therese will be be at the event this September to share her wisdom and empowering message! 

Therese, a 5/1 Self Projector on the Cross of Healing, is a dedicated Human Design analyst and guide. Her journey began in Austria, where she taught Qi Gong, Taiji, and languages. However, it was in 1998, after moving to the vibrant island of Ibiza, that her path truly transformed. There, exploring the Dao and Buddhism, eventually a life-changing encounter with Ra Uru Hu in 2004 led her to embrace Human Design during a deeply transformative phase as a single mother.

Therese’s path into Human Design deepened through studying with Ra and his early students and time spent at the annual Ibiza events. Invited by Ra himself to explore Rave Psychology, she embraced the teachings that reshaped her life, though it was marked by a deep shock when Ra passed in 2011.

Now based in Austria, Therese combines her extensive knowledge with a warm, intuitive
approach to guide individuals, particularly Projectors, through their deconditioning and
alignment processes.

She credits Mary Ann Winiger as a significant source of inspiration and
encouragement, especially in learning to get Human Design into the body in a physical, practical sense. Mary Ann’s approach has been essential in Therese’s own immersions and in helping others integrate their designs into daily life with greater ease.

Through her teachings, including Rave ABC and Rave Cartography, Therese empowers people to embrace their authentic paths with courage and confidence. As we approach 2027, she is dedicated to helping others harness Human Design’s wisdom to navigate the coming transformations, fostering deeper self-understanding and connection.
